We deliver luxury gift baskets throughout Miami and surrounding areas. Our dedicated local delivery service ensures your gift baskets arrive fresh and beautifully presented to recipients in the Miami-Dade and Broward County region.
While we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, we will work with you to try to meet any specifications requested. To ensure timely delivery, substitutions may be necessary to ensure your gift basket is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the Miami delivery area.
In the Miami and surrounding areas, orders placed as late as 2pm can typically be delivered the same day (earlier cut-off times may apply during holidays and special occasions). Some Saturday deliveries are available for orders placed by 1pm; however, they cannot be guaranteed and are looked at on a case-by-case basis. Sunday deliveries require at least a 24-hour lead time to confirm availability. You will be notified of any issues and/or delivery unavailability via email.
If your order is placed for a National Holiday when delivery services are closed, it will be delivered as soon as possible on the next available business day.
Service Fees
A service fee is applied to all orders; however, the actual service fees charged may vary. For example, same-day deliveries, weekend, and holiday service fees may be higher. You will be contacted if additional fees apply to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Delivery
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available, the delivery person may leave the gift basket in a safe location for the recipient to retrieve upon return. This may include leaving it at the front or back door, with the building's front desk, or with a neighbor. If leaving the gift basket is not possible, we will attempt delivery the next day or contact the recipient to coordinate the best delivery time.
During major holidays, residential deliveries may be made as late as 9 pm. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 5pm.
If there are any errors or changes to the delivery address, please notify Gift Baskets to Miami as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive on the selected date if there is an error in the delivery address or if the recipient is not available and does not respond to our delivery coordination attempts.
Special Location Deliveries
Delivery to the following locations may be unavailable or require at least 48-hour lead time to confirm availability:
- Hospitals
- Airport terminals
- Office buildings with restricted access
- Post office boxes
