  • To provide you with the best possible service, you may cancel your order at any time prior to when the order is prepared by our team. Due to the perishable nature of food items and gifts, once an arrangement or basket has been created it cannot be cancelled. In addition, once your gift is en route or delivered, we are unable to cancel the order.  Furthermore, if you have placed an order for a custom basket or specialty gift,  these cannot be cancelled.

 

  • Orders that have been processed for same day delivery cannot be cancelled.

 

  • If you selected a future date for delivery and would like to cancel your order, please contact us through e-mail for a cancellation request at info@giftbasketstomiami.com

 

  • Gift Baskets can be returned within 24 hours of being delivered. Past the 24 hours it cannot be returned for a refund due to the perishable nature of the items in it.
